August 21, 2014<\/em> \u2013 Pinch me. I’m in one of the greatest cities in the world, in a great apartment, in a nice neighborhood, and I get to live here for the next four months!!<\/p>\n <\/p>\n My adventure to get here was nothing but stressful – long lines for luggage drop, having my bag flagged\/re-checked at security, not sleeping & getting sick on the plane (but I had the nicest seat neighbor!), my phone not working upon arrival, paying up the wazoo for a taxi, not being able to get into my apartment or call for help, searching high and low for the right place, hauling my two giant suitcases around, almost giving up, I could go on…<\/p>\n BUT the important thing is that I found this lovely little abode that I now get to call home for a while!<\/p>\n Since you’re probably wondering what my Parisian life is looking like so far, I took the liberty of snapping a few pictures so you can “tour” my new digs…<\/p>\n
